About the Tenant Portal
The Tenant Portal is an application accessed in Procorem. The application allows collaboration between the agency Compliance Officer and the property owner/manager for program compliance.

Note
The property owner/manager should also use Procorem to submit any required forms or documents, such as the annual owner certification, supporting utility allowance documents, and building description forms.
The property owner/manager uses Procorem post functionality to submit questions, requests, and other communications to the agency.
